Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At TAYLXR, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you received the wrong size, we're happy to make it right. We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

To request an exchange, email us at  studio@taylxr.com with your order number and the size you need. If your size is available, we'll send you instructions to complete the exchange. Store credit will be issued if your requested size is unavailable.

TAYLXR reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
